Branding, media and technology services
We help businesses define their message and build the tools needed to express it consistently. The six services below are how that work is usually organised, though most projects use two or three of them together. If you are not sure which you need, describe the problem instead and we will tell you where we would start.

Brand strategy
Positioning, audience, naming and messaging, agreed before any visual design begins. We interview, we look at the market, and we write it down, so the design decisions that follow have something to answer to.
- Stakeholder workshop
- Market and competitor review
- Positioning statement and messaging
- Naming and tone of voice
Identity design
Logos, typography, colour and the visual system around them. Designed as a kit of parts rather than a single mark: how it holds up in a square, over a dark photograph, printed on a receipt, and at sixteen pixels.
- Logo suite and lock-ups
- Type and colour system
- Layout and grid rules
- Stationery and document templates
Art direction
A clear visual direction for photography, illustration, motion and campaigns, so that everything a business publishes looks like it came from the same place rather than from five different suppliers.
- Look development and reference boards
- Shot lists and styling direction
- On-set art direction
- Image selection and retouching notes
Print and packaging
Brochures, stationery, signage and packaging prepared for production. We work to the printer or fabricator specification, check the proofs, and stay with it until the delivery lands rather than disappearing after the handover.
- Brochures, catalogues and profile documents
- Signage and environmental graphics
- Packaging, labels and print collateral
- Print-ready artwork and proof checking
Digital systems
Web, social and presentation systems designed to stay consistent across screens. Built with the templates and documentation your team needs to publish week after week without a designer in the room.
- Website design and build
- Presentation and proposal templates
- Social and campaign kits
- Content and design documentation
Brand guidelines
Practical rules and assets that help a team use the brand correctly: what goes where, what not to do, and where the files live. Written to be used by whoever picks it up first, not to sit in a drawer.
- Brand guidelines document
- Asset library and file structure
- Working template pack
- Rollout support for the first applications

Three ways to work with us
Project
A defined piece of work with a clear start and end: an identity, a website, a campaign, a print run. Quoted as a fixed fee against an agreed scope and schedule.
Retainer
Ongoing design and content support against a monthly allocation of days, for businesses that publish constantly and need the work to keep moving.
Embedded
We join an in-house team on a rolling brief, working inside their planning and adding capacity when the calendar gets heavy. Useful during a launch or a rebrand rollout.
How a project runs
Discover
A structured start: we review the business, its audience and whatever brand exists today. What is working, what is confusing, and what the new work has to fix. We ask the questions nobody has asked recently.
Typically one to two weeksDefine
We agree what the brand should stand for and say, in writing, before anyone opens a design file. You sign off on the message, rather than on a logo you then have to reverse-engineer a rationale for.
Typically one weekDesign
We develop the creative direction and test it in real applications: packaging, a shopfront, a phone screen, a template. Two routes first, then one, then refinement until the details hold up close up.
Typically three to six weeksDeliver
Final assets, guidelines and launch support. You receive editable files, printer-ready artwork, licensed fonts and the notes a team needs to keep applying the brand correctly after we step back.
